MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST takes your privacy seriously and treats all financial information about any transaction you have with MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST as highly confidential. In addition, MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST does not share e-mail addresses or phone numbers of any of our donors or constituents.

MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST values all contributions which support our vision of ‘full literacy in rural parts of India'.

We maintain the following policies to protect the privacy of our donors: We may request personal information online, such as Name, Address, PAN, Phone Number, Email Address, and Credit Card Number ONLY for the purposes of accepting donations to MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST.

  • We do not trade or sell your personal information with other organisations.
  • We offer donors the option to be recognised anonymously.
  • Donors may request, at any time, to not receive our solicitations.
  • Donors may request not to receive certain mailings, such as our newsletter.

  • To be informed of the MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST's mission, of the way MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes.

DONATION REFUND POLICY

We at MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under: -

  • No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, the online donations through the online payment gateway.
  • No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
  • If any in-kind support received by the donor from anywhere the material will be reached to the poorest of the poorer communities.
  • Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the higher education of the student from weaker section of rural parts of India, community development, children education or women's empowerment.

What information we collect:

We use personal information collected from donors for the purposes of processing payments and communicating with donors about MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST as well as conducting the fundraising and to share information about our projects. This information may include name, amount donated, PAN, address, telephone number, donor comments, e-mail address, and any other personal information provided to us ("Donor Data"). For donations by check, Donor Data also includes the data visible on the check.
