MANU WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST takes your privacy seriously and treats all financial information about any transaction you have with us as highly confidential. We do not share e-mail addresses or phone numbers of any of our donors or constituents.
We value all contributions which support our vision of 'full literacy in rural parts of India'.

- Donors may request, at any time, to not receive our solicitations.
- Donors may request not to receive certain mailings, such as our newsletter.

- We are protected with a firewall for enhanced security.
Donor Bill of Rights
- To be informed of the Trust's mission and how donated resources will be used effectively.
- To be informed of the identity of those serving on the governing board.
- To receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition.
- To be assured that donation information is handled with respect and confidentiality.
- Professional relationships with all Trust representatives.
- To know whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees, or hired solicitors.
- To have your name deleted from mailing lists upon request.
- To ask questions and receive prompt, truthful answers.
Donation Refund Policy
- No refund/cancellation for donated amount will be entertained for online donations through the payment gateway.
- No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
- Any in-kind support received will be directed to the poorest communities.
- Once received, donations will be used for higher education, community development, children education, or women's empowerment.
What Information We Collect
We use personal information collected from donors for processing payments and communicating about the Trust and fundraising. This may include name, amount donated, PAN, address, telephone number, donor comments, and e-mail address.
How We Use That Information
- Distributing receipts and thanking donors for donations.
- Informing donors about upcoming fundraising and other activities.
- Internal analysis, such as research and analytics.
- Record keeping.
- Reporting to applicable government agencies as required by law.
