Who are we?

The indenture of declaration of Public Charitable Trust to be known as Manu Welfare and Educational Trust, Bankatwa, Post- Bali (Nichlaul), District – Maharajganj, Near Nichlaul Chiutaha Road District – Maharajganj (U.P) is made on this 16th day of March 2017 by Smt. Urmila Singh wife of Shri Dinesh Kumar Singh, Resident of village – Obari (Bali) Nichlaul District – Maharajganj (U.P.) authors of Trust (herein after called the founder Trustees).

Whereas the founder trustees being social worker and well qualified person always had an earnest desire to server desirous and needy persons by providing them good and professional education, vocational training. So that they may to be able to setup better standard of living as well as make a good result in competitive exams and thereby raise and develop socially, physically and economically.

And whereas the best method of serving the nation in the opinion of the founder trustee is to set up schools, colleges, training institutions prospective persons and mass section of the society and also provide expert carrier-oriented guidance and facilities to all. Besides this the publication of literature for educational, technical, health care, nutrition cause and welfare programs for patients, students and scientists.

In the health and sanitation programmes are working for the promotion of general health condition of the people as well as covid vaccinations, sanitation, voluntary blood donation programmes. Trustee also organize time to time education and awareness programme, environment development programme, social and economic development programme, research training and advocacy and miscellaneous programme.

The fulfilment of the objects of the trust the trustees shall be governed by the following provisions: -

1. The trustees may accept gift of movable or immovable properties, money, charities etc. in fulfilments of and in consonance with the objects of the trust and may receive any property of lease grant of otherwise.

2. Any college, school, training centres or home of the trust shall be open persons of either sex and of whatever races creed, castes or class and no test or condition shall be imposed as to religious belief or profession in admitting students, patients or persons and of in appointing members, teachers, administrative staff and workers or in any other connection whatsoever.

3. The management of the trust and liaise coordinate and administer different units of the trust there shall be a directorate consisting of an executive body to be named as "Managing Committee" of the trust and the general superintendence direction and control of the affairs of the trust and its income and property movable as well as immovable shall be vested in it. The managing committee shall comprise not more than seven members including founder trustees and her legal heirs and successor as the life members to continue the trust directorate and the founder trustees of the trust shall be the ex-office members. The remaining five members shall be nominated by the founder trustee cum manager.

All the matters not specially provided for in the deed of trust provision of the Indian Trust Act 1882 shall apply so far as they are in consonance with the charitable purpose and object of trust.
